Being able to represent various brands across Kentucky, I’ve continued to grow and expand my skill set to be able to reach wider audiences.

What is your favorite thing about your job?: 

Being able to work with such a historic Kentucky institution, the Kentucky Derby. Formatting the content on KentuckyDerby.com and getting to represent something known worldwide is exhilarating.

What¹s the most valuable thing you learned in CI?: 

How companies and individuals communicate amongst each other and to the broader public. The different methods and strategies we all use to tailor an effective message that resonates with the target audience is invaluable in marketing and amongst each other.

What advice would you give to current CI students?: 

Be adaptable and always look to learn. Your studies won’t stop after school. Your professors, your intern supervisors, your managers, your CEOs, your leaders all have a wealth of knowledge that will continue to improve your own abilities IF you utilize them.
