Dr. Patrick Ryan Leddin
Director of Strategic Partnerships at Franklin Covey; UK CI Faculty Lecturer; and Vanderbilt University Faculty Lecturer

Patrick has over 20 years of professional experience working with all levels of organizations from executives and senior leaders to front line team members. His work with public sector organizations and numerous Fortune 500 companies, focuses on helping organizations, teams, and individuals clearly define their priorities and putting processes and systems in place to ensure success goal accomplishment. This work has taken him throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. 

He is a previous Senior Consultant at KPMG Consultant and began his career as an infantry officer in the United States Army. While in the Army, he served as a company commander, executive officer, and platoon leader in the 82nd Airborne Division. His experience in the military includes completing Airborne, Jumpmaster, and Ranger schools.

He is a Faculty Lecturer in the Department of Communication at the University of Kentucky He also is a Faculty Lecturer at Vanderbilt University in the Managerial Studies Program. He is also a regular guest speaker at American University in the Master of Public Policy Program.  

Patrick earned his PhD in Communication with an emphasis on Organizational and Instructional Communication from the University of Kentucky. He is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is the author of Oliver's Spot and Oliver's Spot for the Public Sector (available on Amazon.com). Both books are leadership stories that teach a process for team building, engagement, and results achievement.
