Terry has hosted radio and television shows for 38 years, beginning at WKQQ in Lexington in 1976. He eventually moved along to Louisville for WLRS Radio in 1980, pairing with Ron Clay for the popular “Morning Sickness” radio show in 1981, moving it to WQMF-FM in 1983.  He moved back to solo host status in 1985 by joining WHAS Radio and Television to host the afternoon radio show and do features for TV.  He is in his 30th year with WHAS Radio and Television, although they have been separately owned since 1987.  The radio station is owned by iHeartMedia (formerly Clear Channel) and Gannett, Inc now owns the TV station.
