What is the CI CoLab?
The CI CoLab is a technology learning laboratory that fosters technological innovation through collaboration between students, faculty, and staff in the College of Communication and Information.
What We Do
The CI CoLab provides a space for students, faculty, and staff at the University of Kentucky to perform research in the areas of User-experience (UX), Eye-Tracking, Virtual Reality (VR), and Social Media Listening. The CoLab also conducts usability studies for outside companies and organizations, as well as providing CI students internship opportunities within our Usability and Virtual Reality Divisions. The CoLab strives to be at the forefront of technological research while simultaneously improving the lives of others using cutting-edge technology and research. The CoLab has a team of staff and students dedicated to providing excellent research experiences for everyone.
