Overview
There are two different outstanding staff awards designed to recognize both classifications of employment: exempt (salaried employees on monthly payroll) and non-exempt (hourly employees on bi-weekly payroll). These awards are presented annually and recognize outstanding work and contributions by a staff member in each classification. The award winners receive a plaque recognizing his/her service, a stipend and recognition at the annual College Excellence Awards.
Eligibility
These awards are available to all full-time employees who have been employed by the College for at least one year (STEPS or any temporarily employed personnel are not eligible). Former award recipients are eligible to receive the award after a three-year period.
