Research Interest: My research examines health communication in the context of public health crises, with particular attention to health insurance communication. I am interested in how persuasive message design and framing can improve health behavior change, strengthen public health campaigns, and reduce barriers to healthcare access during times of uncertainty. I also aim to investigate the role of social media in shaping health discourse, countering misinformation, and advancing advocacy for policies such as Universal Health Coverage (SDG 3.8). Ultimately, my goal is to develop communication strategies that enhance health literacy, promote health equity, and improve patient outcomes in both clinical and policy contexts.
