Research Interest: I explore how communication can inspire healthier choices and stronger well-being. My research looks at how persuasive messages, such as stories and strategies that build resilience, shape the way people think about and respond to health challenges. I am passionate about creating tools that help communities, especially international and underserved groups, feel supported and empowered in their mental health journeys.
