Biography
Research Interests: Christina S. Walker is a licensed attorney and Ph.D. candidate in Communication whose research and professional interests lie at the intersection of law, social justice, communication, and culture. She examines mediated communication, as well as the “dark side” of interpersonal and digital communicative interactions, with particular attention to intimate partner violence (IPV) and technology-facilitated violence and abuse (TFVA). Her work explores how legal, socio-cultural, and technological contexts shape these complex communicative dynamics.
