Biography

Research Interests: My research centers on organizational communication, with a focus on how communication shapes employee experiences, identity, and belonging in the workplace. I specifically examine the socialization of immigrant employees in U.S. organizations, exploring how they adapt, make sense of their roles, and manage cultural expectations. I also study imposter syndrome, investigating how leaders recognize and support employees dealing with self-doubt and workplace confidence. In addition, my work engages with whole-person approaches to organizational wellness, including research on how professionals communicate and cope in high-risk, high-stress environments.
