Research Interest: Nadia Sesay examines pertinent issues at the intersection of health communication and health disparities, particularly in cancer and hypertension. She is a graduate research assistant on a community-engaged study where she applies health communication competencies to improve dietary and chronic disease outcomes among Lexington residents living in areas of persistent poverty.
