Biography
Research Interest: My research critically explores the intersections of storytelling, gender and race, and meaning-making. I enjoy investigating how a story is told (and retold), what it teaches us, what we do with it, and what all of this tells us about the state of our world. Primary objects of analysis include film, theatre, and social media, particularly musicals, fairytales, and adaptations.
