Reuning's "Mace" Wins Award

JAM faculty member Professor Beecher Reuning's short film "Mace" received the Visionary Justice Award, voted on by a sold-out audience, at the Cinequeer Film Night, a screening of nine films during the Southern Fried Queer Pride's 12th Annual Festival in Atlanta, GA this past June. The film is about a transgender woman’s first date that spirals into a nightmare when she’s confronted by a figure from her past.
