Students can access this online recruiting tool using their link blue credentials. This tool can be used to schedule appointments with career advisors, search and apply for jobs and internships, rsvp to campus events, connect with employers, and more.


Stuckert Career Center

The Stuckert Center is located at 408 Rose Street. The center provides career services to current students and recent alumni. Services include pre-professional advising, internship opportunities, career assessments, career preparation (resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, etc.) Students can schedule an appointment with a career advisor or major exploratory associate through Handshake.


General Career Exploration Tools

These are good tools to use if you are still exploring possible careers and even majors:


This is a career exploration tool sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor. Students can use this tool to search for and learn about a variety of occupations. Searches can be conducted based on abilities, knowledge, skills, and values, in addition to industry and career cluster searches.


Occupational Outlook Handbook

This is a publication by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. It provides salary, education, project employment, etc. about many different occupations.


Networking Tools


Students can create a free account (they also have a paid version) to start networking. LinkedIn can be used to build a professional network and search for and apply for jobs. Students can use this platform to present their experience, skills, and knowledge to potential employers.
