The Central Bank Center near Rupp Arena will house state-of-the-art learning laboratories and broadcast/production studios and is expected to be in use in Fall 2024.
CI Neighborhood Inspiration
One of the key components of the CI neighborhood concept is a cohesive look. Architectural partners were inspired by nearby campus buildings having undergone recent renovations where a modern, glass look was incorporated into the original building. For example, those working on the Pence Hall project looked to the nearby Chem-Phys building and McVey Hall-Grehan Building connecter to ensure a cohesive look between the newly renovated Pence Hall and its surroundings.
