Sarah Viscuso (current MSLS student) was published in the Journal of Hospital Librarianship. Her article, “Front and Center: Creative Approaches and Outreach Opportunities for the New Hospital Librarian,” showcases innovative outreach strategies in hospital libraries.
In her article, Viscuso describes her experiences and the outreach methods she has implemented as a hospital librarian at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Oregon. She emphasizes how being visible, creative, adaptable and having a positive approach are key factors for successful outreach.
