Core tasks: This internship would be helping the owner, April Meisner in her design and education business in writing copy, doing some social media marketing, and engaging in communications with her online community as well as help produce graphics for her podcast, Work for Honor and help with the back end of how producing a podcast and running an online community works. There would be monthly and weekly duties!
Timeline would be May-Mid August with an onboard week in April
PODCAST:
- Sound Graphics in Wavve
- Promo graphics for guests
- Emailing guests and sending link info and podcast prep
- Scouting guests and pitching
- Submitting podcast sponsorships on Podcorn
- Researching other podcasts for potential guest swaps and target audience marketing
- Pinterest graphics and scheduling on Tailwind / link to blog post
- Write up descriptions and schedule post
- Weekly Emails
AFTER HOURS:
- Weekly emails (monday) to community (via message all members)
- Uploading content
- Communicating with guests how to join & interact in after hours
- Promo-ing inviting friends
- Keep up with ambassador program
- Brainstorm ways to grow the group w/ marketing
- Keep track of metrics each month (update doc)
- Reply on Instagram to new followers
- Entering names of who is in the group in spreadsheet & collecting emails
- Add emails to list
- Exit Feedback / Checking to see who leaves
