Jeff Ashley

Biography

Jeff Ashley is the founder of Louisville consulting service, Ashley & Associates (now Ashley|Rountree). Since its establishment, he has worked with hundreds of organizations throughout the community, region and nation to improve their management operations, board leadership and comprehensive fund development programs, while also providing searches for executive positions across a variety of sectors.

Ashley currently serves as the chair of the Regional Cancer Center Board for the University of Louisville Health Brown Cancer Center. He is also on the board of directors for the National University of Kentucky Alumni Association and the Kentucky Non-Profit Network.

Ashley previously served as the director of major gifts for the University of Louisville’s “Challenge for Excellence” campaign, and as the vice president for university advancement for Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky.

He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and earned his master’s degree in business from Webster University.
