Jessica Chu

Biography

Jessica Chu is a senior analyst of global corporate communications and social intelligence at Yum! Brands. Driven by her passion for trends and digital analytics, she leads a team to protect and promote the reputation of Yum! and its brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and The Habit Burger Grill) through social monitoring, listening and reporting on a global scale. She collaborates with cross functional teams to tell Yum!’s story through strategic digital communication plans and builds social listening capabilities throughout Yum!’s organization.

She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2015 with a degree in integrated strategic communication and a minor in Spanish. Growing up in the food industry, she understands the importance of great hospitality, smooth operations and upholding an organization’s value to its core. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new cuisines, spending time with friends and family and volunteering with the Louisville chapter of CreativeMornings.
