This is a full-day symposium and workshop organized by the Community-Based, Applied, and Participatory Research Group (CAPR) at the University of Kentucky. The event is designed to engage faculty, students, and community partners in critical conversations around community-based, applied, and participatory research.
“The Power of Us: Community Knowledge and Collaborative Practice” will highlight strategies for co-creating knowledge, fostering equitable local partnerships, driving social change, and supporting professional growth. The day will feature interactive sessions, dialogue, and knowledge-sharing led by Dr. Joel R. Pruce and other invited speakers.
