8 CI students inducted into Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society

Eight CI students were inducted into the University of Kentucky chapter of Alpha Lambda Delta (ALD) National Honor Society on Feb. 28. 

The following CI students were among the 127 new members who were inducted during the Feb. 28 ceremony in the William T. Young Library Auditorium: 

  • Caeleigh Bybee
  • Alexandra Gooch
  • Emily Hardeman-Erbar
  • Nathaniel Kasdan
  • Gabriella Mercedes
  • Brady Mulligan
  • Breelan Parmer
  • Edward Proctor

According to a release by Program Coordinator of the Chellgren Center for Undergraduate Excellence C. Lynn Hiler, "Alpha Lambda Delta offers various scholarship opportunities to its members, and our chapter has had several recipients of the Jo Anne J. Trow Scholarship for Academic Excellence, the James G. Stemler Study Abroad Award and the Graduate Fellowship. The chapter has won several recent recognitions as well for growth in membership. The UK ALD chapter holds several meetings a semester which include information sessions on leadership, scholarship and service opportunities."
