The spring 2025 semester wrapped up at the downtown Rupp Studios facilities, with JAM production and broadcast news and sports students at their new state-of-the-art home. Pictured here clockwise from the left are the class photos taken on set for three JAM courses: the television newscast Wildcat News and the sports show Big Blue Banter, consisting of students from both journalism and media production courses. Both programs also included interns and independent study students honing their production skills. The MAS 312 Studio Production course concluded last week with three different genre programs: the soap opera Days of Our Studio, a Hot Ones meets Severance remix called Spicy Ones, and Wednesday Day Live, a takeoff on the long-running Saturday Night Live. Pictured with students are JAM faculty members Carey Higgins-Dobney and Andrew Dawson, as well as staff member DJ Ashley.
