Core tasks: We've all had internships that consist of dirty work like coffee runs and errands. Although these types of tasks are often necessary, we wanted to create something different. We began to imagine an internship designed to complement what students are learning in class by providing real world application. An internship where students are given responsibilities that are important, tasks that give them ownership. An internship where they're treated as an asset, not an intern. An internship that offers community. An internship where they can get connected to local professionals and develop their skills for the future. Once we started dreaming up this internship program we couldn't stop thinking about it! So, Brand Animal U was born! We are currently in V.1 but hope to have V.2 launched by Fall. Below are some specifics that set the internship apart and some of the intern responsibilities.
