Description: The company that runs UK's student newspaper.It's organized into three departments:the ad room, newsroom and the designers.Staff in the ad room sell ads to area businesses. The designers create house ads & ads for companies advertising in the Kernel.
Core tasks: Create visual content/advertisements for the Kentucky Kernel and outside clients and for specific projects, including publications such as Inside UK, Year In Photos, and KRNL.
Core tasks: 1) Advertising sales
2) Design. ---Advertising duties include advertising sales, working with clients, selling for special projects, etc.. Design internship duties: advertising design, publications design, some writing, event management and other duties as assigned.
