An intern for this on-campus communications department will help write content for the quarterly Kentucky Alumni magazine — stories, profiles, news and research items — and will help produce monthly e-newsletters, social media posts and other communications content. A strong candidate should have writing and proofreading experience as well as social media content generation experience. It would be helpful if the intern could take professional-grade photos and videos. Interns will receive a $500 stipend for their work through the Kelli Elam Internship and can expect to produce several high-quality pieces for their portfolio.  Applicants should send a résumé, cover letter and writing samples to Sally Scherer at sally.scherer@uky.edu
