Description: The Cincinnati Strategic Communications Diversity Leadership Program is for college students interested in pursuing a career in corporate communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, strategic communications or related industries.

Core tasks: Intended to promote diversity and inclusion in the field of strategic communications, the Strategic Communications Diversity Leadership Program will offer a prospective young professional the opportunity to get real-world experience in media relations; social media strategy; employee and internal communications; client services; and more, while working in the agency and corporate environments. This includes an all-expense paid trip to the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C., to support the Scripps' social media and media relations teams.
