Construction begins in March 2024

Following the College of Design's recent move to the Gray Design building in March, construction fencing went up surrounding historic Pence Hall, which will soon become the centerpiece of a three-building CI neighborhood in the heart of campus. Shortly after, construction crews moved in to begin demolition and renovations.
