Parking
There is complimentary parking provided for those who reserve a room at the Hyatt Regency in the conference's designated room block.
Thursday, March 7 and Friday, March 8
Attendees can also receive a complimentary UK Parking day pass for those who wish to drive to campus.
If you are driving to campus Thursday or Friday, please map to “Parking Structure 5” (Google Maps) or “South Limestone Garage” (Apple Maps) and park there. You will need to take a ticket and keep that with you. When you get to the registration desk, get a slip from the check-in staff that you will use with your ticket when you leave the garage. That will zero out your parking rate for the day.
Saturday, March 9
On Saturday, you can park anywhere on campus, as it is UK’s Spring Break. There is ample parking at the Singletary Center, behind the Sturgill Building, behind King Alumni House, and behind Memorial Coliseum. These are slightly closer to Lucille Little Library. You also can use the parking garage again. We are unsure if the gates will be up or down, but we’ll have passes for you again if needed.

For those driving to campus, the convenient, short drive from the Hyatt Regency Lexington to UK's campus brings attendees within a five-minute walk to conference events.
For those walking to campus, the scenic walk through downtown Lexington and UK's beautiful campus is a one-mile flat walk to conference facilities. See below for walking directions.

Located in the heart of UK's campus, our conference facilities in Gatton Student Center and Lucille Little Library will give attendees easy access to campus-wide resources and facilities
Lucille Little Library
Our newly-renovated CI Student Success Center provides a prime gathering place for conference attendees to network or enjoy meals while our adjacent classrooms provide ample, quiet and technologically equip locations for sessions and presentations.
Gatton Student Center
The state-of-the-art Gatton Student Center contains many of the vital components of campus, including on-campus dining option, student support resources and the UK Bookstore. The space also contains facilities vital to this conference including a ballroom for the opening reception, check in areas and meeting spaces for sessions.
